VOLUNTEERS FOR HIRE
Being a volunteer at "LIBRA Tranquility Home" requires a positive attitude, a sincere focus on delivering excellent customer service and a willingness to help others. Some volunteer roles require very specific skills and abilities. Through an interview process, potential volunteers will be matched with available qualifying positions. From helping with community events or doing intake on incoming tenants as well as helping with rooms setup to directing each tenant to appropriate rooming space area, there are many ways that volunteers can be of great service at "LIBRA Tranquility homes".If you are interested in becoming a volunteer or learning more about volunteer opportunities, if you have had prior incarceration charges PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO VOLUNTEER.
*Orientation
Once contacted to join our team of volunteers, new volunteers will be required to attend a special orientation session. This important program provides pertinent information about "LIBRA tranquility homes" policies and procedures.

To keep our residence staff / volunteers as safe as possible; we supply face masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer; with around the clock cleanings.

SEEKING INVESTORS & LANDLORDS
I’ve been in the (group home business) for (15 YEARS) and have always wanted to help out my community and people in need while at the same time have the burning desire to be my own boss and run my own business. (Prior to founding LIBRA Tranquility Homes, Ericka Bell was owner and operator of “URBAN FEMALES OF XCELLENCE” (U.F.O.X.), a nonprofit organization with major focus on the housing of women and children living in unfortunate situations, In addition, U.F.O.X. has had much involvement in charitable events and programs. Some of these charitable opportunities included hosting some of the biggest toy drive events for the Ronald McDonald House Charities as a way to give back in the Atlanta community)
~ A couple of months ago I came across the PERFECT business that helps out the community and can also be extremely lucrative. Basically, we would be offering affordable housing to people in need and getting a guaranteed payment each month, typically from a government subsidy or non-profit (think Section 8 housing, but typically without the extra regulations) I’ve invested in consulting and a TON of time and energy into learning the business inside and out. I have a database of ( Over 500) case workers, social workers, non-profits, and social service organizations.
